Executive Director, DMTV Global (Singapore)

The Hon. Dr. Giacomo Merello (LL.M) is an Italian-Antiguan lawyer, diplomat, and regulatory consultant, and the current Baron of Leslie (UK). He serves as Executive Director of DMTV Global in Singapore, bringing deep cross-border expertise to the firm’s international clients, with a particular focus on regulatory strategy, digital assets, and structuring for fintech and online business ventures.

Dr. Merello is also the Founder and Executive Director of Marvelux Consulting, and collaborates as an external regulatory specialist with MinLaw-registered Chung Ting Fai &Co. in Singapore.

Born in Italy, Dr. Merello began his professional career in 2004 as a commercial lawyer, focusing from 2006 on international legal, tax, and fiduciary consulting in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Madeira, and Malta before relocating to Singapore in 2009. There, he coordinated medium and large family offices and real estate holding structures, overseeing legal, compliance, and tax operations before founding Marvelux Consulting in 2017.

At DMTV Global, Dr. Merello applies his experience to assist startups, SMEs, family offices, and investment structures with international corporate services, regulatory compliance, fiduciary and trust planning, and digital asset frameworks, including blockchain, crypto, and payment services licensing, across a diverse client base in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

He serves as Chairman of the Digital Assets Business Promotion Board within the Antigua and Barbuda Official Business Hub and, since August 2023, as Special Economic Envoy of the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda to Singapore. In November 2024, he succeeded to the Barony and Lordship of Leslie (Fife, Scotland, UK) and holds a diplomatic inter-Order role for the Royal House of Georgia, coordinating relations with other royal houses.

Outside of his professional activities, Dr. Merello pursues Japanese swordsmanship and is a certified PADI Rescue Diver with a focus on ocean welfare.

Tran thi hue linh

Tran Thi Hue Linh is a partner of an active and dynamic local law firm in Ho Chi Minh City. She has also become a counsel of dMTV branch in Ho Chi Minh City Office since 2015.

Linh has nearly 12 years of experience in legal practice in both business consultancy and dispute resolution. Linh has been described as a very responsive and dedicated lawyer by her clients.
Linh has advised numerous foreign investors from Asian and European countries to establish their commercial presence in Vietnam. Linh worked extensively in matters involving investment, commerce, corporate governance, renewable energy, construction, and trade disputes. Linh is also working for a listed private equity fund in Ho Chi Minh as their senior in-house lawyer and representing for colossal European companies as their resident legal representative in Vietnam.
Linh is admitted to practice in Vietnam as a qualified lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation. Linh holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master Degree of Laws from Ho Chi Minh Law University.
