Federico Vasoli is a cross-jurisdiction and cross-cultural lawyer. He is originally admitted to the Bar of Milan and works in Malta, Vietnam and Singapore.

He is the managing partner of the international legal and tax advisory firm dMTV Global, headquartered in Singapore and with offices in Malta and Vietnam.

Previously a partner in the Italian law firm dMTV - de Masi Taddei Vasoli, based in Milan, he led the opening of the Vietnamese branch in 2007.

Federico has over twenty years’ experience in international business law and assists clients primarily in international contracts and company law, foreign direct investments, asset protection, immigration, international tax matters. His firm’s track record includes assisting hundreds of cross-border operations and of digital economy projects.

He has founded and is the CEO of the Antevorta Foundation.

He is the chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) for the 2026-2029 term, having been vice chairman for 2023-2026, and holds various board positions. He is also an adviser to the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO).

Federico is the author of legal and business publications and a regular speaker at MBA and other academic and executive venues. He is a lecturer at MIP Politecnico di Milano and the Master in International Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He served as vice chairman of the Young Lawyers’ Association of Milan (AGAM) and was embedded in the Italian young entrepreneurs’ task force of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance at the G20 in 2014 and 2015. He is a member of Finance Malta, the Malta Chamber of Commerce, the Malta Business Network, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM), the Camera di Commercio Italia-Vietnam (CCIV), the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (SCCV), the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (ICCS) and EuroCham Vietnam.

His exposure to both traditional European and dynamic Asian markets and cultures from a young age has enabled him to develop an ability to work on multi-jurisdictional materials and cases, understand corporate clients’ needs and objectives and forge a goal-oriented mindset. He also has a solid network of professionals, companies and institutions and several soft skills required for international work.

Federico has worked in Beijing, Brussels, Barcelona and Milan and holds a JD from Bocconi University in Milan. He has also attended various postgraduate and pre-doctoral courses at the University of Vienna, ISPI of Milan, the University of Strasbourg, ESADE, the IFSP of Malta and the University of Edinburgh.
