Giacomo merello
Giacomo Merello (LL.M) is the founder and Executive Director of Marvelux Consulting and Executive Director of the Singapore branch of the International Law Firm DMTV Global.
Born in Italy, he started his professional career in 2004 as a Commercial Lawyer. From 2006 he began focusing on international legal, tax consulting and fiduciary services with several firms, working extensively in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Madeira and Malta until he decided to touch base in Singapore in 2009. Since then he personally coordinated several medium and large family offices and real estate holding and management companies, overseeing wholly the management as well as the legal, compliance and tax aspects, until starting Marvelux Consulting in August 2017. In this dynamic, focused, challenging and active firm he is conjoining all the previously matured experience and moving forward together with a multicultural team, complemented by an international network of highly-qualified and specialized professionals. Focused on International & S'porean Corporate Services, Fiduciary and Trust/Estate planning and Blockchain, DLT, Crypto, Digital Payment Services and Fintech in general, he matured an extensive, practical, proven, verifiable (upon written request) and ever growing experience and track record in these niche fields, with a very varied and diversified client base in U.S., Europe, Asia and Oceania. He is a licensed Fund Director by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and currently holds the role of Chairman of the Antigua&Barbuda Digital Assets Business Promotion Board.

Tran Thi Hue Linh is a partner of an active and dynamic local law firm in Ho Chi Minh City. She has also become a counsel of dMTV branch in Ho Chi Minh City Office since 2015.
Linh has nearly 12 years of experience in legal practice in both business consultancy and dispute resolution. Linh has been described as a very responsive and dedicated lawyer by her clients.
Linh has advised numerous foreign investors from Asian and European countries to establish their commercial presence in Vietnam. Linh worked extensively in matters involving investment, commerce, corporate governance, renewable energy, construction, and trade disputes. Linh is also working for a listed private equity fund in Ho Chi Minh as their senior in-house lawyer and representing for colossal European companies as their resident legal representative in Vietnam.
Linh is admitted to practice in Vietnam as a qualified lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation. Linh holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master Degree of Laws from Ho Chi Minh Law University.
